InsideOut is proud to have worked with the following partner organization to find workers to take part in the project.

HOME
The Humanitarian Organisation for Migration Economies (HOME) is a registered charity focused on migration-related issues in Singapore. Its primary aims are three-pronged: firstly, advocacy - to provide migrant workers in Singapore with free legal aid and case resolution; secondly, welfare - to provide displaced migrants with shelter, medical and financial assistance and thirdly, empowerment - to provide human development programs for migrant workers in Singapore.

HOME has established two shelters for male and female migrant workers in serious need and a "tsunami kitchen", which provides free meals to destitute migrants who need food and a place of welcome. It provides vocational and extra-vocational training to migrant workers through courses that teach computer skills, conversational English or Mandarin, and has created several social enterprises like an employment agency, an Internet cafe and a thrift shop to generate funds for needy migrants in Singapore.

HOME provides free legal consultation for migrant workers and has been instrumental in securing justice for numerous cases. To help migrant workers who find themselves caught up in possible crises, it has created two help desks in accessible locations.

Towards the end of contributing towards discourse and awareness of migration-related issues, HOME has participated in an overseas conference and several local talks.

HOME is located at 1A Rowell Road, Singapore 207956.
